| PROBLEM | POSSIBLE CAUSE |
| THE OVEN WILL NOT OPERATE | A household fuse may be blown or the circuit breaker may have tripped. Replace fuse or reset breaker. |
| CONTROL PANEL IS LIT, BUT THE OVEN WILL NOT START | Unplug microwave oven; then plug it back in. Ensure the 3-prong oven plug is completely inserted into the outlet. The door is not securely closed. The START/PAUSE pad was not pressed after entering cooking settings. Another selection was entered and CANCEL/OFF was not pressed to cancel it. Ensure cooking time was entered after pressing COOK TIME. CANCEL/OFF was pressed accidentally. Reset cooking program and press START/PAUSE. Ensure food weight was entered after selecting DEFROST WEIGHT. The oven was accidentally paused. Press START/PAUSE to restart cooking. |
| "Err" APPEARS ON THE DISPLAY | When using a Sensor Cooking program, the door was opened before vapor could be detected. SENSOR ERROR will scroll until CANCEL/OFF is pressed. No vapor was detected within the maximum time. Use COOK TIME for longer heating. |
| "LOCKED" (BLOCKED) APPEARS ON THE DISPLAY | The control panel is locked. Press and hold CANCEL/OFF for three seconds to unlock. |
| FOOD QUANTITY IS TOO LARGE FOR SENSOR REHEAT | Sensor Reheat is for single portions of recommended foods. Use COOK TIME for large quantities of food. |
