Phone Operation
- Making Calls: Press TALK/ON, dial the number, then press TALK/ON again.
- Answering Calls: Press TALK/ON when the phone rings.
- Ending Calls: Press TALK/OFF or place the handset on the base.
- Speakerphone: Press SPEAKER to activate or deactivate during a call.
- Volume Control: Use VOL UP/DOWN on the handset or base during a call.
- Mute: Press MUTE during a call to prevent the other party from hearing you.
- Hold: Press HOLD to put a call on hold. Press TALK/ON to resume.
Answering System Operation
- Listen to Messages: Press PLAY/STOP on the base.
- Record Announcement: Press RECORD, speak, then press RECORD again.
- Turn On/Off: Use the ANSWER ON/OFF button on the base.
- Message Forwarding: Press FWD/ skip during message playback.
- Message Deletion: Press DELETE/CLEAR during message playback or at the end of messages.
