The AF-400 drive is an adjustable frequency AC motor drive designed for industrial applications. It allows for single or multi-motor operation from a single power unit. Troubleshooting and error codes

| Phase Sequence/Loss of Phase | PS/LOP light | Check AC supply voltage at L1, L2, L3. If voltage is correct, phase sequence is wrong. Disconnect AC power, interchange any two cables, repeat steps 5 and 6. |

| Control Undervoltage | CUV light | Immediate drive shutdown. Caused by low main +20 volt control voltage. |
| Commutation Overcurrent | COC light | Immediate drive shutdown. Caused by excessive commutation current or circuit misoperation. |
| DC Link Overvoltage | LOV light | Immediate drive shutdown. |
| Inverter Overfrequency | IOF light | Drive shutdown to prevent motor overspeed. Trip level selectable. |
