Powering On and Programming:
- Turn mains power ON. The instrument enters End mode. To change the program, press SET/ENTER to enter program mode. Use UP/DOWN arrows to set voltage, confirm with SET/ENTER. Repeat for current and time. Set time to zero to disable timer.
- Connect electrophoresis unit(s) and press RUN to start.
During Operation:
- Press VIEW to see actual voltage, current, and elapsed time. Press and hold VIEW for automatic switching.
- Press SET/ENTER during run to change parameters using UP/DOWN arrows. Confirm with SET/ENTER.
Stopping and Post-Operation:
- The program stops automatically or when STOP is pressed.
- Press VIEW after the run to check end parameters.
- Disconnect leads and proceed with post-electrophoretic techniques immediately.
