Warranty Information

Refer to General Electric Company for specific warranty information.

The Type SBM switches are cam-operated rotary switches used for controlling electrical devices like circuit breakers and motors, or for transferring meters and relays. Rotation of the shaft opens or closes contacts based on cam settings. Each stage has two mechanically and electrically separate contacts. Momentary contact versions have a torsion spring for returning to a neutral position, and can feature slip contacts or locking devices. Add-a-stage capability allows for expanded contact configurations.
