Upper Oven Controls

  • Microwave: For microwaving options like Cook by Time, Defrost, Beverage, Popcorn, Melt, Reheat, Simmer, and Soften.
  • Add 30 Sec: Adds 30 seconds of microwave cooking time.
  • Defrost: For defrosting by food type, weight, or time.
  • Reheat: Reheats various food types.
  • Popcorn: Sensor feature for microwaving popcorn.
  • Clear/Off: Cancels all upper oven programs except clock and timer.

Lower Oven Controls

  • Light: Turns the oven light on or off.
  • Bake: For baking, set temperature and press Start.
  • Broil: For broiling, select Hi/Lo and press Start.
  • Options: Accesses Delay Start, Proof, Sabbath, Self Clean, Steam Clean, and Warm features.
  • Warm: Keeps food warm for up to 3 hours.
  • Clear/Off: Cancels all lower oven programs except clock and timer.

Common Controls

  • Timer On/Off: Sets a countdown timer.
  • Settings / Lock Controls: Accesses oven options like Clock Settings, Display Mode, Auto Shut-Off, etc. Press and hold for 3 seconds to lock/unlock controls.
  • Selector Dial: Used to select settings, options, and temperatures/times. Press to confirm.
  • Back: Returns to the previous menu level.
  • Start/Pause: Starts or pauses cooking functions.
  • Display: Shows information for both ovens.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause What to Do
VENTILATOR
The fan continues running after cooking is finished The oven is cooling down. The fan will automatically turn off when the oven's internal parts have cooled.
The oven fan emits hot air while the oven is on This is normal.
The fan turns on automatically during microwave use This is normal.
COOKING
The oven makes unusual noises while cooking Clicks and blowing fans are normal. The relay board is turning components on and off. These sounds are normal.
Smoke is expelled from the oven when I open the door Foods have a high fat content. Aerosol spray used on the racks. Smoke is normal when cooking foods with high fat content.
Food is not completely cooked or browned at the end of a cooking program Programmed times may not correspond to the size or amount of food being cooked. Adjust the time for the cooking level or adjust the top/bottom elements for broil and cooking level.
SENSOR ERROR (SENSOR ERROR) displayed with a signal from the oven The type or amount of food placed in the oven does not correspond to the program selected. Press the Clear/Off pad. Adjust the oven program to match the food or liquid being cooked or heated.
Vapor is not detected by the oven because the plastic wrap was not vented, a lid was too tight, or liquid was covered. Vent the plastic wrap, use a looser lid, or uncover liquids when cooking or heating.
