1 Ice maker and bin

Ice maker and bin are located on the door creating more usable storage space.

2 Showcase LED lighting

LED lighting is positioned throughout the interior to spotlight areas in the refrigerator. LEDs are located under the fresh food door to light the freezer when opened.

3 Drop-down tray*

Allows for extra door storage when you need it and tucks away when you don't.

4 Full-width temperature controlled drawer

(on some models) Adjustable temperature control bin that can accommodate larger items.

5 Dairy bin*

Separate compartment for your items.

6 Dual ice maker/Ice bin (on some models)

An ice maker in both compartments gives you more ice whenever you need it

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem	Possible Causes	What to Do
Indicator light on filter remains on after filter replacement	The water filter indicator must be reset.	For non-LCD models: Press and hold the RESET button. For LCD models: On the LCD screen, select SETTINGS, then WATER FILTER, then RESET.
Water or ice dispenser not working	Water supply is turned off or not connected.	Check that the water supply is turned on and connected. Refer to "How to Install the Water Supply."
No water or ice production*	Supply line or shutoff valve is kinked.	Call a plumber.
	Water filter is clogged.	Replace the filter cartridge or remove the filter and install the bypass plug.
	Filter cartridge is not installed properly.	Remove and reinstall the filter cartridge, ensuring it locks into place.
	Automatic ice maker is turned off.	Ensure the ice maker is turned on. Refer to "How to Turn the Automatic Ice Maker On/Off."
Water is leaking from the dispenser*	Air in the water system may be causing the dispenser to drip.	Dispense water for at least 5 minutes to purge air from the system.
Photos not found*	Photos are not in the root directory of the USB.	Ensure photos are in the root directory of your USB.
	Photos are not in JPEG format.	Convert photos to JPEG format.
	Using a camera/PC with a USB cable.	A USB device must be used. Use a compatible USB device.
AUTO FILL (Hands-Free Autofill) not filling/not filling*	Not all containers work with AUTO FILL.	Try a different container.
AUTO FILL (Hands-Free Autofill) overflowing*	Not all containers work with AUTO FILL.	Try a different container. Refer to page 11.
PRECISE FILL (Precise Fill) not filling the container*	Precise Fill requires the use of a dispenser paddle.	Use the dispenser paddle to dispense water.
Freezer not cooling, fresh food not cooling	Normal operation after initial plug-in or prolonged power outage.	Wait 24 hours for compartments to reach selected temperatures.
Ice dispenser opens after closing freezer drawer*	Normal.	The water dispenser door may open after the freezer drawer is closed to allow access.
