Warranty Information
GE offers a one-year limited warranty on parts and labor, a thirty-day warranty on water filters, and a five-year warranty on the sealed refrigerating system for Profile models.
- Temperature Controls: Adjust freezer to 0°F and refrigerator to 37°F. Allow 24 hours for stabilization. Display shows both set and actual temperatures.
- Cooling System On/Off: Tap WARMER until display flashes and beeps to turn off. Tap COLDER twice to turn on.
- TurboCool™: Rapidly cools the refrigerator compartment. Activated by pressing the TURBOCOOL pad.
- Door Alarm: Sounds if a door/drawer is open for more than 2 minutes.
- Energy Saver: Turns off the energy saver feature to prevent cabinet moisture.
- Dispenser Light: Turns the night light in the dispenser on/off.
- Dispenser Lock: Prevents accidental dispensing. Press and hold Lock for 3 seconds.
- Showroom Mode: Disables cooling. Enter by pressing temperature pads simultaneously. Exit by unplugging and reconnecting power.
- Defrost Cycle: Adaptive defrost operates between 8-96 hours.
