Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
LOW BATTERY WARNING When battery power is low, the LCD will blink and the camera will turn off automatically. Use rechargeable NiMH or Lithium AAA batteries for best performance.
SHORT VIDEOS If videos are shorter than expected, batteries are likely low, causing the camera to auto-save. Ensure batteries are fully charged.
Cold Weather Performance Use Lithium AAA or NiMH batteries, as other types of batteries lose power quickly in cold temperatures.
