Quick Start Guide for HERO3+ SILVER EDITION

Getting Started

1. Remove the camera from its housing.
2. Remove the side door and insert a microSD card (Class 10 required, sold separately).
3. Remove the back door and insert the battery.
4. Charge the battery using the included USB cable.

Camera Essentials

Powering Camera ON and OFF:

• To power ON: Press the Power/Mode Button.
• To power OFF: Press and hold the Power/Mode Button for two seconds.

Selecting Camera Modes

Turn the camera ON and repeatedly press the Power/Mode Button to cycle through modes: VIDEO, PHOTO, BURST PHOTO, TIME LAPSE, SETTINGS, PLAYBACK.

Capturing Video + Photos

Press the Shutter/Select Button to start/stop recording or take a photo.
