| Issue | Solution |

| Camera won't power on | Ensure the camera is charged using the USB cable and a computer, or a GoPro Wall/Auto Charger. |
| Camera unresponsive | Press and hold the Power/Mode button for 8 seconds to reset the camera. |
| Choppy playback | Use an H.264 compatible player (GoPro software recommended) or ensure your computer meets HD playback requirements. Transfer files to the computer for playback. |
| Forgot camera name/password | With the camera powered on, press and hold Settings/Tag, then press and release Power/Mode, then release Settings/Tag to reset. |
| Blue lights still blinking after powering off | Wireless is on. Press and hold the Settings/Tag button for four seconds to turn off Wireless. |
| No SD card detected | Insert a microSD, microSDHC, or microSDXC card. |
| SD card full | Delete files or swap the card. |
| SD ERR (card formatting error) | Reformat the card in the camera. |
| File Repair icon | Press any button to repair the corrupted video file. |
| Temperature icon | Let the camera cool down before use. |
