Basic Phone Operations
Making & Receiving Calls: Access the dialer, contacts, or call log to make calls. Answer incoming calls by dragging the Call key to the right, or reject by dragging the End Key to the left. During a call, options include Hold, End, Add call, Dialpad, Recording, and Speaker.
Input Methods: Use English, Spanish, or Number modes for text input. Select the appropriate character key or digit.
Contacts: Store and manage contacts. Search, add new contacts, delete, or group them. Import/Export contacts is also available.
Multimedia: Use the Camera to take photos/videos. Play music and videos. Use the Sound recorder for quick notes.
Settings: Configure Wireless & network, Call settings, Sound, Display, Multi SIM, Location & security, Date & time, Language & keyboard, Storage, and About phone.
Troubleshooting and error codes

| Cannot charge | Please check if the charger is properly connected to the phone and the power source jack. |

| Cannot make phone call | Please check if the phone number is valid. Please check if you are in service area. |
| Poor voice quality | Please check if the phone signal is strong enough. |
| The contact cannot get your voice during the phone call | Please check if your mike is blocked by fittings or other blocks. |
