Covers defects in workmanship or materials for 12 months on mechanical/electrical parts and 5 years on sealed system/compressor.
Before Use:
- Use a dedicated 115V, 15Amp outlet.
- Do not place in direct sunlight or near heat sources.
- Operate on a flat surface only.
- Keep unit free of obstructions (drapes, curtains, etc.).
- Maintain at least 1 foot distance from the wall.
During Use:
- Unit starts in low fan cooling mode on first use.
- Unit remembers last setting. Adjust to dehumidification mode if desired.
- Wait 3 minutes before restarting after shutdown.
- Cooling mode does not require water removal. Heating mode or high humidity may require periodic emptying of the water tank. "Tank Full" light indicates the tank is full and the unit will shut down.
- To empty water tank, place a shallow pan under the lower drain, remove plug, and drain. Reinsert plug.
- Check and clean filter weekly. Do not operate without filter.
After Use:
- Drain water tank if storing for a long period.
Troubleshooting and error codes

| Air conditioner does not operate | Check plug connection. Press 'Reset' button. Check wall receptacle voltage. Check circuit breaker/fuse. Ensure unit is not in 'Off' mode. Drain water if 'Tank Full' light is on. |
| Air conditioner not cooling room sufficiently | Remove heat-producing appliances. Check exhaust hose installation. Redirect airflow, remove obstacles. Close doors/windows. Clean or check air filter. Ensure unit BTU is adequate for room size. Allow more time in extreme heat/humidity. Drain water. Ensure unit is in 'Cool' mode. |
| 'Tank Full' warning light is on | Unit shuts down when water pan is full. This can happen in high humidity or HEAT MODE (auto-evaporation does not work in heat mode). Refer to 'Operation' section under 'During Use'. |
