Warranty Information

A limited warranty covers defects for 12 months for mechanical and electrical parts for home use.

Starting the Air Conditioner:

  • Remove plastic film from the control panel.
  • Press POWER to turn on. The display will show "88" for 3 seconds, then 72°F, Low fan speed, and ENERGY SAVE mode.
  • Select Mode (Fan, Cool, Energy Save, Dehum).
  • Select Speed (High, Med, Low, Auto Cool).
  • Set Timer (1-24 hours).
  • Reset Filter indicator.

Key Features:

  • Cool Mode: Cools the room. Adjust temperature with TEMP/TIME buttons.
  • Energy Save Mode: Fan runs only when cooling is needed.
  • Dehum Mode: Removes humidity, does not cool.
  • Sleep Mode: Gradually increases temperature over 6 hours.
  • Timer: Set to turn off or on within 1-24 hours.
  • Filter Reset: Indicator lights up after 240 hours, signaling filter cleaning.

Remote Control: Operates all functions of the control panel.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Air conditioner does not turn on or run Power supply cord not connected. Plug unit into a properly grounded outlet.

Temperature control cannot be set correctly. Adjust temperature control on panel or remote.
Airflow is blocked. Ensure the air discharge area is not obstructed.
Room is too cold Set temperature is too low. Increase the set temperature.
Air conditioner cycles on and off too frequently Air filter is dirty or blocked. Clean the air filter.

Outside air temperature is below 61°F (16°C). Do not operate the unit when the outside temperature is below 61°F.
Water leaks into the house Outside air temperature is very high. Turn fan speed to highest setting.
Air conditioner is not level. Slightly tilt the unit from front to back. Consult Installation section. Do not drill a hole in the cabinet base.
Water runs out of the house Hot, humid weather. This is normal during very humid days. No hole in the cabinet base.
Water accumulates in the cabinet base Hot, humid weather. This is normal during very humid days. No hole in the cabinet base.
Air conditioner is freezing; ice forms on the coil Outside temperature is too low, below 61°F (16°C). To defrost the coil, set mode to FAN ONLY and set temperature to highest.
