Starting the cooktop: Press and hold the power key until the displays light up. The displays will show '0' indicating no cooking zones are active. If a zone is hot, 'H' will alternate with '0'. Activating the child lock will show 'L' on all displays.
Using cooking zones: Touch a cooking zone display to activate it. Use the '+' and '-' keys to adjust the power level from 1 to 9 within 10 seconds. The display shows the selected level. 'A' indicates automatic heating.
Turning off zones: Press the '+' key for the desired zone, then use Method A (+ and - simultaneously) or Method B (central key) to turn it off. Hot zones will show 'H'. Pressing the power key turns off all zones.
Safety features: Unwanted turn-on is prevented by a 10-second lock-down with an audio warning if a key is continuously activated. 'Er03' may display. 'H' indicates a hot surface and turns off when below 60°C. Cooking zones have automatic shut-off timers.
Child lock: Press the '+' key at the bottom right and the power key simultaneously to unlock temporarily. Press again to activate permanent lock.
