  • At time of delivery: Check packaging for damage, dispose of materials properly.
  • During installation: Site and connect according to instructions, ensure proper earthing, do not use extension cords.
  • During normal use: For adults only, not for outdoor use, do not place heavy objects on the door, water is not for drinking, avoid solvents. Open door carefully during operation. Never touch when barefoot or with wet hands/feet. Disconnect power before maintenance. Keep door closed to avoid tripping hazards.
  • Children: Supervise young children, keep detergents out of reach.
  • Faults: Turn off water and power, consult "Fault finding" section, contact service center if needed. Use only authorized service centers and original spare parts.
  • Disposing of old appliances: Make inoperable by cutting cord and removing lock, take to a designated waste disposal center.
  • Positioning: Place against wall, sides along cabinets.
  • Levelling: Adjust feet to ensure appliance is level (max inclination 2°).
  • Water connection: Connect to 3/4" threaded connector with new hose-sets. Run water to clear impurities.
  • Drain hose: Insert into drain pipe (min 4cm diameter) or sink, height between 40-100cm, avoid kinking. Secure connecting piece.
  • Electrical connection: Ensure voltage/frequency match rating plate. Use earthed socket. Replace cable if inappropriate. Plug must be accessible.
  • Removing top: Follow illustrated steps.
  • Control panel: ON-OFF button, Programme buttons, Programme Indicator.
  • Interior: Upper/Lower Rack, Silverware Basket, Spray Arms, Filter, Detergent Dispenser, Water Inlet Hose, Drain Hose, Power Supply Cord.
  • Salt: Use dishwasher salt, fill container under lower rack. Fill before wash cycle to prevent rust. Adjust consumption based on water hardness.
  • Rinse aid: Dispenser on inner door. Low indicator light. Load rinse aid, adjust dosage (normal is 3). Improves drying.
  • Detergent: Use dishwasher detergent. Dispenser on inner door. Load detergent for wash and pre-wash cycles. Close cover firmly.
  • Not suitable: Wood, delicate glassware, items not water-resistant, items with decorative patterns, absorbent materials.
  • Arranging dishes: Remove large particles. Soak baked-on food. Load lower rack with difficult items (pots face down). Upper rack for delicate items. Adjust upper rack height. Shelf for tall glasses. Knife rack for sharp knives (points down).
  • Programme overview: Table detailing wash programmes, crockery type, food remains, cycle description, and load.
  • Washing dishes: Select appropriate programme based on table. Save energy with smaller loads. Programme data can vary.
  • Switching ON/OFF: Turn on tap, press ON-OFF button, select programme. Appliance beeps and indicators light up. Six beeps indicate end of cycle. Switch off after programme.
  • Interrupting: Open door carefully (risk of water squirting). Appliance beeps. Allow for expansion if hot. Switch off using ON-OFF button or main switch.
  • 1/2 Load: Wash upper rack only to save water/energy. Adapt detergent amount.
  • Keeping in shape: Turn off water, leave door ajar after wash. Remove plug before cleaning. Use mild soap and water for exterior, vinegar/detergent for interior. Keep upright when moving. Clean seals to prevent odors. Run empty cycle before holiday, disconnect, turn off water, leave door ajar.
  • Care and maintenance: Check for grease/scale. Clean interior. Clean filters (8, 9). Clean spray arms (10, 11).
  • Troubleshooting: Covers issues like appliance not starting, program indicators flashing, drain problems, unusual noises, and poorly washed dishes.

Troubleshooting and error codes
