4.1 Control panel

4.1.1 Power button: Press this button to turn the tumble dryer on and off.

4.1.2 Start/Pause button: Press this button to start /stop the tumble dryer. Press this button during the running of the tumble dryer, the indicator lights will flash and the tumble will stop. Press the button again and the program will continue.

4.1.3 Programme: Turn the knob to choose the desired drying program. There are 16 program options.

4.1.4 Display screen: Shows various indicators including Child-lock, Clean filter, Empty tank, Memory mode, remaining time, delay time, and drying process status.

4.1.5 Function button: Used to select functions like Signal, Delay, Delicate, and Anti-Crease.

4.1.6 Dry level button: Sets the final moisture content of the laundry (Extra dry, Ready to wear, Ready to iron).

4.1.7 Mode button: Sets the drying mode (ECO, High energy consumption, Balance, Cool air).

4.1.8 Timer button: Sets a timer program for drying.

4.1.9 Memo button: Saves and activates a stored cycle.

4-2 Using the tumble dryer

4.2.1 Connect the tumble dryer to the power supply (220V to 240V~/50Hz).

29 9-1 The dryer does not start
  • Check if the power supply plug is plugged in.
  • Check if the local circuit is powered.
  • Ensure the door is closed tightly.
  • Check if the power button is ON.
  • Check if the Start/Pause button has been pressed.
  • Ensure the environment temperature is higher than 2°C.
  • Check if the PCB is failed and change if necessary.
  • Check if the water tank is full and empty if necessary.
30 9-2 The drying result is not good and the drying time is too long.
  • Set the drying program correctly.
  • Clean the filter screen near the window.
  • Clean the filter screen near the evaporator.
  • Clean the evaporator with air vacuum cleaner if blocked.
  • Decrease the amount of loaded laundry if it exceeds the rated load.
  • Spin the loaded laundry dry if it has not been spun dry.
30 9-3 Code:F2 Error message:The drain pump is failed.
  • Check if the tank is full with water and empty if necessary.
  • Check for lint around the floater and clear if found.
  • Check if the floater switch is failed and replace if necessary.
  • Check if the pump is failed and replace if necessary.
30 9-4 Code:F32 Error message:The NTC2(near the outlet of condenser) is short or cut out;
  • Check if the connector is inserted properly.
  • Check if NTC is failed and replace if necessary.
  • Check if the PCB is failed and replace if necessary.
31 9-5 Code:F33 Error message:The NTC3(near the outlet of compressor) is short or cut out;
  • Check if the connector is inserted properly.
  • Check if NTC is failed and replace if necessary.

31 9-6 Code:F4 Error message:Temperature of the laundry in the drum does not change.
  • Check if the Refrigerant has leaked out and charge again if necessary.
  • Check if the compressor is failed and replace if necessary.
31 9-7 Code:E6 Error message:The filters is clogged.
  • Check if the filter is full with Lints and clean if necessary.
  • Check if the humidity sensor has short circuit and change if necessary.
31 9-8 Code:E7 Error message: Under voltage or overvoltage fault. SOLUTION: Check the voltage of power supply.
31 9-9 Code:E8 Error message:Over load warning. SOLUTION: Reduce the load, Repower the dryer.
31 9-10 Code:Lo Error message:Temperature is too low. SOLUTION: Use the dryer when air temperature is higher than 2 degree.
31 9-11 Code:F9 Error message:The motor communication fails. SOLUTION: Check the communication wire. Be sure it is connected well.
