Error	Possible Cause	Solution
ERXX	Fault detected by the oven.	Unplug the oven, wait a few minutes, then plug it back in. If the error persists, contact customer service and provide the error code.
Smoke on first use	Initial heating process.	Wait for the smoke to clear before using the oven.
Oven door remains locked during pyrolytic cleaning	Safety feature.	The door will unlock automatically after the cleaning cycle is complete and the oven has cooled down. If it doesn't unlock and no error code is displayed, contact customer service.
Cooling fan noise	Normal operation.	The cooling fan dissipates heat and may remain audible for a period after the oven is turned off. This is normal.
Condensation on the door or cavity	Normal during cooking.	This is a normal condition. To reduce it, wait 10-15 minutes after turning on the power before putting food inside. Condensation disappears as the oven reaches cooking temperature.
