Operation theory of microwave oven
Microwaves heat food by causing water molecules to vibrate at high speed, generating friction heat. This process is contained within a closed cavity and utilizes the properties of microwave absorption, penetration through certain materials (glass, ceramic, temperature-resistant plastic), and reflection off metal surfaces for even heating.
Installation of microwave oven
Ensure adequate ventilation with at least 10cm clearance at the back, 5cm at the sides, and 20cm above. Position the oven away from TVs and radios to avoid interference. The plug must be accessible, and the oven should be freestanding. Use a 15amp power plug.
Utensils guideline
Use heat-resistant ceramic, glass, or plastic containers. Avoid metal containers to prevent sparking. Specific guidelines are provided for different materials and cooking modes (Microwave, Grill, Convection, Combi).
For the first use
Initial use may produce odors or slight smoke due to manufacturing residue. Operate the oven on convection or grill mode for a few dry cycles with the door open to ventilate.
