Setting the Clock: Press CLOCK, enter time with number pad, press CLOCK again. (12-hour clock, displays ENTER CLOCK TIME on first plug-in or power interruption. Press RESET to disable.)
Setting the Timer: Press Timer, enter countdown time, press Start. Operates without microwave energy.
Setting Power Level: Default is 100%. Press POWER LEVEL, then use number pad to enter desired level (e.g., 10=100%, 9=90%, etc.).
Single-Stage Cooking: Use number pad for time, set power level if not 100%, press START/STOP.
Multi-Stage Cooking: Set Stage 1 (time, power), do not press START/STOP. Press TIME COOK 2, set Stage 2 time and power. Press START/STOP.
Speed Defrost: Press SPEED DEFROST, enter defrost time, press START/STOP. Remove meat from packaging. Can be programmed to switch to cooking stages. For speed defrost and single/multi-stage cooking, press TIME COOK 2 before START/STOP.
Auto Cook: Press AUTO COOK, select food code (1-3), enter weight, press START/STOP. Meat must be defrosted. Weight in lbs/oz. For ounces <10, precede with 0. During cooking, oven pauses to remind user to turn meat. Turn meat, press START/STOP to resume.
Auto Defrost: Press AUTO DEFROST, enter food weight, press START/STOP. Weight in lbs/oz. Turn food over for uniform defrosting. After turning, press START/STOP. Oven signals END with beeps every two minutes until door is opened or button pressed.
