Microwave Oven Use
Timed Cooking
- Press number pads to set cooking time.
- Press POWER LEVEL to activate Power mode.
- Press number pads or POWER LEVEL repeatedly to select desired power level.
- Press START to begin cooking.
Sensor Cook
- Place covered container in oven.
- Press SENSOR COOK to cycle through food options.
- Press START to confirm and begin cooking.
Reheat
- Place food/beverage in oven.
- Press REHEAT to cycle through options.
- Press START to confirm and begin reheating.
Troubleshooting and error codes

| Oven will not start | Microwave oven power cord is not plugged into an electrical outlet. | Plug into a grounded 3 prong outlet. |
| Oven will not start | Door is open. | Close the door and try again. |
| "KEYPAD SHORTED--- SERVICE MAY BE NEEDED" appears on display | Wrong operation is set. | Check instruction. |
| "KEYPAD SHORTED--- SERVICE MAY BE NEEDED" appears on display | A key has been activated for more than 60 seconds. Press Stop/Cancel to clear the display. This can happen if liquid is on the control panel. | Dry the control panel thoroughly after cleaning. |
| "FOOD" appears on display along with beeping | Key press has been detected and the door has not been opened within 5 minutes of the last key press. | Open and close the door and reattempt new cycle. |
| "LOCKED" appears on display | The control has been locked. | Press and hold Stop/Cancel for 3 seconds. Two beeps will sound and then "UNLOCKED" will appear on display. |
