Installation: Ensure proper ventilation by maintaining distances from heat sources and walls. Allow the appliance to stand for at least 2 hours before connecting to power to stabilize the refrigerant circuit. Clean the interior before use.
Temperature Selection: Use a coin or screwdriver to adjust the thermostat between Min (slight cooling) and Max (lowest temperature).
Indicator Lights: Green indicates the appliance is operating. Red indicates high interior temperature (ALARM). Yellow indicates SUPER FREEZE is active.
Start-up: After unpacking and cleaning, plug in the appliance and set the temperature control. For initial cooling, allow about 4 hours. Fill with food only when the red light is off.
Freezing/Storage: Label food clearly and pack in suitable portions. Use the pre-freezing compartment or the bottom for fresh food. Do not overload.

a) No function (appliance not running)

Attention! Insulation provides 10-12 hours storage time during power failure. If problem persists, shift frozen food to another appliance.

b) Appliance not cooling sufficiently / Freezing process too long / Compressor operating too often
  • Did you let the appliance stand for at least 2 hours before switching it on? See "Start-up".
  • Is the plug in good condition and properly plugged in?
  • Is the socket under current?
  • The lid of the appliance does not close properly. The seal does not firmly press. (Test with paper).
  • Heavy ice formation on the inner walls.
  • The appliance is exposed to direct sunlight or is installed near a heat source.
  • The filling of food does not correspond with the freezing capacity of your appliance (XXkg/24h), or you did fill in too warm food.
