Warranty Information
Haier provides a 12-month warranty on mechanical/electrical parts and a 5-year warranty on the compressor.
- Plug in the freezer. The green POWER light indicates operation.
- Set the Temperature Control Dial between II and III initially.
- After 30 minutes, check for temperature decrease. Add food, ensuring air circulation.
- Adjust temperature after 24 hours for optimal setting.
- For Quick-Freeze, flip the yellow switch. This runs the compressor continuously. Turn off when food is desired temperature.
- The food basket is removable.
- GLD models have a lock and key for security.
Troubleshooting and error codes
