Getting Started with your Nautiz X2

1. Unboxing: Check that all items are present: Nautiz X2 Main Body, Standard Battery, Charging Dock, USB Cable, and Adaptor.

2. Inserting Battery: Insert the battery, then slide the battery lock to the right to secure it.

3. Inserting SIM/Micro SD Card: Open the device back cover and insert the SIM and/or Micro SD card into their respective slots.

4. Powering On/Off: Press the Power Button to turn the unit on or off.

5. Charging: Use the supplied power adapter or charging dock to charge the Nautiz X2.

6. Using Scanner: Press the [Front Scan] or [Side Scan] button to start scanning. Maintain a distance of about 10 cm and scan at the correct angle.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
Device not turning on Ensure the battery is properly inserted and charged. Try pressing and holding the Power button for 10 seconds.
Scanner not working Check if the scanner window is clean and unobstructed. Restart the device. Ensure scanning software is properly configured.
Battery not charging Verify the USB cable and adapter are correctly connected. Try a different power outlet or charging dock. Clean the charging contacts on the device and dock.
Touchscreen unresponsive Clean the touchscreen. Restart the device. If the issue persists, contact support.
