Warranty Information

Warranty information is available for HPE ProLiant, Enterprise Servers, Storage Products, and Networking Products.

The HPE StoreEver MSL tape libraries provide compact, high-capacity, low-cost solutions for unattended data backup. They offer easy access to tape cartridges via removable magazines and mailslots. The libraries are compatible with most operating systems and support various tape drives. Two user interfaces are available: the Remote Management Interface (RMI) for web-based monitoring and control, and the Operator Control Panel (OCP) on the front panel for direct operation. Installation involves planning, preparing the host, choosing a location, unpacking, mounting, installing drives, connecting cables, powering on, configuring, and verifying the installation. Operations include managing media, running diagnostics, and updating firmware. Troubleshooting guides are provided for common issues.
