SAFETY DURING REPAIR WORK

  1. Disconnect the power cord plug before starting work.
  2. Replace parts with genuine parts and follow the Service Manual.
  3. Restore the unit to its initial state after repairs.
  4. Ensure lead wires are connected and laid correctly.
  5. Do not allow user modifications.
  6. Calibrate tools and measuring instruments.
  7. Prevent accidents during installation of repaired units.
  8. Check insulation resistance (should be 1MΩ or more).
  9. Ensure installation location is safe and strong.
  10. Keep flammable materials away from the installation area.
  11. Check and ensure proper grounding.

WORKING STANDARDS FOR PREVENTING BREAKAGE OF SEMICONDUCTORS

  1. Use conductive containers for handling parts.
  2. Maintain body earth when handling parts uncovered.
  3. Avoid touching parts with clothing.
  4. Place parts on a grounded metal plate.
  5. Ensure power is off when repairing printed circuit boards and work on a grounded metal plate.
  6. Use a three-wire type soldering iron with a grounding wire.
  7. Avoid short-circuiting load circuits with test probes.

Troubleshooting and error codes
