Indoor Unit Functions:

  • Operation LED: Lights during operation. Flashes/dims during heating for preheating (2-3 mins) or defrosting (5-10 mins every hour).
  • Frost Wash LED: Lights when Frost Wash function is active. Blinks after 42 hours of cumulative usage to suggest manual Frost Wash.
  • Timer LED: Lights up when the timer is working.
  • Temporary Switch: Used to start/stop when the remote controller is not working. Operation defaults to automatic mode.

Outdoor Unit Functions:

  • Drain Pipe: Drains condensed water.
  • Connecting Cord and Insulation Pipe for Piping.
  • Air Inlet (Back, Left Side) & Air Outlet.
  • Caution: During heating, drain or defrost water flows from the outdoor unit. Do not close the drain outlet in cold areas to prevent freezing.

General Operation Precautions:

  • Operate within manufacturer specifications.
  • Do not operate with wet hands.
  • Ventilate when using burning equipment.
  • Avoid directing cool air at household heating apparatus.
  • Ensure outdoor mounting is stable.
  • Do not splash water on the unit.
  • Avoid aerosol sprays near the indoor unit.
  • Switch off unit and circuit breaker before cleaning.
  • Turn off the circuit breaker for long periods of non-operation.
  • Do not climb on or place objects on the outdoor unit.
  • Do not place water containers on the indoor unit.
  • Do not place plants under the airflow.
  • Avoid operating with doors/windows open in high humidity for extended periods.
  • Ensure room heat load is within unit capacity.
  • Appliance can be used by children 8+ with supervision.

Troubleshooting and error codes

SELF-CHECK DIAGNOSIS RESULTS Solution
Blink 1 time No problem with electrical parts. Replace compressor.
Blink 2 times Peak current cut signal. Replace electrical parts.
Blink 7 times Motor current error. Compressor connector become disconnected. Adjust connector. Compressor connector properly connected. Check compressor, then replace electrical parts.
Blink 10 times DC voltage error. Abnormal AC input power supply (outside range of rated voltage ±10%). Connect to proper power supply. Normal AC input power supply (inside range of rated voltage ±10%). Replace electrical parts.
Blink 13 times EEPROM read error. Replace electrical parts.
