Hitachi warrants products against defects in workmanship and material for 1 year parts and labor.
Holding the Camcorder: Insert your right hand from the bottom to the base of your thumb for easy operation of REC and Zoom levers. Adjust the hand strap for stability.
Attaching Shoulder Strap: Pass the strap through the designated slots and attachments.
Attaching Lens Cap: Attach the shorter end of the string to the cap and the longer end to the camera. Push sides inward to secure.
Inserting Battery into Remote: Pull out the battery holder, insert the battery with the positive terminal facing down, and close the cover.
Removing Battery from Remote: Push the battery holder and slide the battery out.
Using Remote Control: Point the remote towards the infrared receiver, up to 16 feet away. Avoid direct sunlight on the receiver.
Troubleshooting and error codes
