3 GND Ground terminal of the analog power input (for A/D converter).
4 I Hi V.REF Reference power input for the A/D converter. This pin is connected to the 5V line together with pin 3.
5 I Hi A/D V IN Analog input of the A/D converter. Receives the output voltage level.
6 I Hi A/D I IN Analog input of the A/D converter. Used as an input to detect the output current.
7 Vcc Positive terminal of the analog power input (for the A/D converter).
8 I Hi BATT. IN Receives the stage of the battery attachment/detachment detection switch. Hi: attachment, Lo: detachment
9 I Hi CHARGE MONI. Detects whether there is a voltage at the charge output terminal or not.
10 I Hi CHARGE LEVEL DET Detects whether the specified voltage appears at the charge output terminal or not. Detects the level of 1.5V and 15V depending on the level at pin 16.
11 I Hi/Lo 1Hr/2Hr Detects the state of the battery 1Hr/2Hr detection switch. Hi: 1 hour battery, Lo: 2 hours battery
12 O Hi/Lo CHARGE ON/OFF Turns on/off the trickle charge output. H1: ON, Lo: OFF
13 O Lo CURRENT SUPPRESS Goes "Lo" when there is an output voltage in the abnormal mode and reduces the output current.
14 GND Ground terminals of power input of the UP.

16 O Hi/Lo BATT. MOUNT Goes "Hi" as soon as a battery is attached. Hi: 15V, Lo: 1.5V
