This section guides you through the initial preparation of the camcorder. Familiarize yourself with the camcorder and its features to get the most out of it.
After charging the battery, setting the date/time, and familiarizing yourself with the controls, you can begin recording. Connect the camcorder to a power source, insert a cassette, slide the power switch to CAM, adjust the viewfinder focus, and press the Start/Stop button to begin recording.
Connect the camcorder to a TV or VCR using the provided audio/video output cable. Set the power switch to VIDEO, insert a recorded cassette, and press the PLAY button to begin playback.
