For the first use:
  1. Unpack and inspect the oven for damage. Notify dealer if damaged.
  2. Ensure the product is properly earthed.
  3. Verify the voltage matches the product label.
  4. This product is for household counter-top use only.
  5. Do not remove the Mica cover inside the oven cavity.
Placement of the product:
  1. Place on a flat, stable surface, at least 85cm above the floor.
  2. Ensure easy access to disconnect power.
  3. Allow sufficient air circulation: 15cm above, 10cm at the back, 5cm on one side, and more than 40cm on the other.
  4. Do not place near electric or gas cookers.
  5. Do not remove feet. Avoid high humidity.
  6. Keep power cord away from hot surfaces and do not immerse in water.
  7. Do not block air vents.
  8. Not for use with external timers or remote controls.
Turntable installation:
  • Place glass tray correctly; never upside down.
  • Glass tray and roller ring assembly must always be used.
  • Place food on the glass tray.
  • Contact service if tray or ring is damaged.
Using your oven:
  • Use only for food preparation.
  • Check utensils are microwave-safe.
  • Do not use for drying materials.
  • Do not store objects inside when not in use.
  • Do not operate without food.
  • In case of fire, turn dial to zero, close door, and disconnect power.
  • Always use roller ring and glass tray.
  • Do not use other glass trays.
  • Allow hot glass tray to cool before cleaning.
  • Tray may rotate in opposite direction if obstructed; this is normal.
  • Clean roller ring and floor regularly.
Cooking Guidelines:
  • Adjust time based on food, cookware, and quantity. Start with minimum time.
  • Foods with low moisture can burn easily.
  • Do not cook eggs in shell or whole hard-boiled eggs.
  • Pierce non-porous skins (potatoes, sausages).
  • Use meat thermometer only after removing food from oven.
  • When heating liquids, avoid narrow-necked containers, do not overheat, stir before and during cooking, and allow to stand.
  • Check plastic/paper containers frequently; do not use recycled paper products unless labelled microwave-safe. Remove wire twist-ties.
  • Do not heat closed cans/bottles or metal containers with metallic trim. Keep foil at least 2cm from walls.
  • Remove lids from baby bottles/jars; stir contents and check temperature.
Cooking and Defrosting:
  • Select power level using the POWER dial (Low, M.Low, Mid, M.High, High). Select Defrost/M.Low for defrosting.
  • Set cooking time using the TIMER dial. Cooking starts when the door is closed. For short times, set to 2 mins then back.
  • Check food during cooking by opening the door (stops cooking). Close door to continue.
  • To stop, turn timer dial to zero. Timer can be reset anytime.
  • Ensure timer is at zero after cooking.
  • Glass turntable must be in position when using the oven.
How to Care and Clean:
  • Unplug and allow to cool before cleaning. DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER.
  • Clean inside, door seals, and areas with damp cloth and mild detergent if needed. Avoid harsh cleaners.
  • Clean outside with a damp cloth. Keep water away from ventilation openings.
  • Clean control panel with a soft dry cloth. Leave door open while cleaning. Turn timer dial to zero after cleaning.
  • Wipe steam with a soft cloth.
  • Wash glass tray in warm soapy water or dishwasher.
  • Clean roller ring and oven floor regularly.
  • Servicing only by qualified personnel.
  • Do not use steam cleaners.
  • Keep air vents clear to prevent overheating.
  • Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or metal scrapers on door glass.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Normal Description
Microwave oven interfering TV reception Radio and TV reception may be interfered when oven is operating. It is similar to the interference of small electrical appliance, like mixer, vacuum cleaner and electric fan. It is normal.
Dim oven light When cooking with a power other than the MAX power, the oven must cycle to obtain the lower power levels. The oven light dims and clicking noises can be heard when the oven cycles. It is normal.
Steam accumulating on door, hot air out of vents When cooking, steam may come out of food. Most will get out from vents. There are no microwaves in the air. The oven vents should never be blocked during cooking.
Trouble Possible cause Remedy
Oven can not be started Power cord not plugged in tightly. Unplug. Then plug again after 10 seconds.
Fuse blowing or circuit breaker works. Replace fuse or reset circuit breaker (repaired by fully trained, qualified service technician).
Oven dose not heat Trouble with outlet. Test outlet with other electrical appliances.
Glass turntable makes noise when microwave oven operates Dirty roller rest and oven bottom Refer to "How to care and clean" and clean dirty parts.

Note: If the oven is out of order or damaged, do not try to repair it by yourself. Contact the retailer from which you bought, or contact the nearest fully trained, qualified service technician.
