Troubleshooting and error codes

The refrigerator does not run. Check power supply, cord connection, fuse, or circuit breaker. Ensure outlet is functional, cord is plugged in firmly, and fuses/breakers are okay.
Food temperature is too warm. Temperature dial setting, overcrowded shelves, direct sunlight, frequent door opening. Adjust temperature dial, ensure proper air circulation, relocate from sunlight, minimize door opening.
Food in fresh food compartment freezes. Temperature dial setting, improper food storage. Adjust temperature dial, ensure food is not stored too close to the rear.
Refrigerator sounds noisy. Weak floor, unstable installation, back touching wall. Ensure floor is stable, refrigerator is installed firmly, and there is space between the back and the wall.
Moisture condenses on exterior. High humidity. Wipe cabinet with a cloth; this is normal in humid conditions.
Moisture condenses in refrigerator. Frequent door opening, high humidity. Minimize door opening, allow moisture to dissipate with door closed.
Lamp does not light. Lamp is loose. Check if the lamp is loose; may become loose due to heat.
Ice cannot be made. Water tank not set correctly, no water, 'Temporary stop' or 'Stop' mode engaged, freezer not cool enough, door left open, object in ice cube box. Ensure tank is set correctly, filled with water, and ice making is not in stop mode. Allow time for cooling, keep door closed, and remove obstructions.
Amount of ice made is too small. Frequent door opening, too much food, 'Temporary stop' or 'Stop' mode engaged. Minimize door opening, avoid overcrowding, ensure ice making is active.
Ice smells bad. Old water in tank, dirty tank/filter, strong-smelling food not wrapped. Replace water, clean tank/filter, wrap odorous foods properly.
Ice cubes melted or too small. Frequent door opening, door left open, power failure, old ice cubes. Minimize door opening, ensure continuous power, use older ice cubes first.
Ice cubes stuck together. Ice cube box overfilled. Do not overfill the ice cube box.
