| IR video is poor | Ensure adequate power supply, check IR range, verify photosensitive chip function. |
| Cannot upgrade firmware through the network | Try using port 3800. |
| Cannot install/log in to web client | Ensure browser security settings allow ActiveX, DirectX 8.1+ is installed, and network setup/credentials are correct. |
| Water leaking into camera housing | Ensure front glass cap and rear waterproof cap are tightly secured. |
| Power supply is unstable | Check operating temperature range of adapter, replace with industry-level adapter if needed, use a UPS. |
