Guaranteed against defects for twelve months from purchase date.

  1. Set Film Speed: Lift and rotate the shutter speed dial's outer ring to match the film's ASA number to the red index. Cock the rapid wind lever.
  2. Set Shutter Speed: Turn the shutter speed dial to the desired speed. Use 1/125s or faster outdoors, 1/30s or similar indoors.
  3. Compose and Focus: View through the viewfinder and turn the distance scale ring until the subject is sharp at the microprism center.
  4. Turn on Light Meter: Push the switch button; a red window indicates it's on. Observe the needle in the viewfinder. Turn off when not reading.
  5. Rotate Diaphragm Ring: Adjust the diaphragm ring until the meter needle centers for correct exposure. Adjust shutter speed if centering is not possible.
  6. Release Shutter: Hold the camera firmly and trip the shutter. The meter turns off, and the diaphragm reopens. Cock the lever for the next shot.
