The ANN-80 Series Remote Fire Annunciators are compact, backlit LCD displays for compatible Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACPs). They mimic the FACP display, showing system point status, device type, independent point alarm/trouble/supervisory zone, and custom labels programmed into the FACP. Installation and wiring must comply with NFPA 72 and local wiring codes. The units can be surface or semi-flush mounted in standard electrical boxes. Wiring to the FACP involves connecting terminals TB1 and TB2 to the FACP ANN-BUS or a separate power supply. DIP switches are used to set the device address (Station ID), communication protocol, and end-of-line termination. The maximum distance from the FACP to the last ANN-BUS device is 6,000 feet (1,800 m).
