Cooling and Dehumidifying Operation
Keep doors and windows closed for optimal efficiency.
Fan Operation
An open window can improve air circulation with Fan function only.
Important:
Place unit UPRIGHT for 1 hour before use. Manually adjust air vent for airflow direction.
- Follow installation instructions.
- Plug into a properly grounded circuit. Do NOT plug into an extension cord.
Troubleshooting and error codes

| The air conditioner does not operate | No electricity. | Check the electrical outlet. |
| The batteries in the remote control are depleted. | Change the batteries in the remote control. | |
| The power cord is not connected correctly. | Disconnect and reconnect the power supply cord. | |
| The unit operates only for a short time | The safety device in the LCDI plug has tripped (USA / CANADA / MEXICO only). | Reset the protective device, if the problem persists contact customer service (USA / CANADA / MEXICO only). |
| The selected temperature is too close to the ambient temperature. | Lower the selected temperature. | |
| The air outlet is blocked by an obstacle. | Verify that the exhaust duct is correctly connected and check that no object is blocking the air outlet. | |
| Works but does not cool | A door or window is open. | Close any open door or window. |
| The air outlet hose is disconnected. | Reinstall the air outlet hose properly (refer to installation section). | |
| The set temperature is too high. | Reduce the temperature on the control panel. | |
| The unit does not operate and the power button is flashing (water full indicator) | The internal tank of the unit is full. | Drain the water (refer to Water Drainage). |
