INSTALLATION SUMMARY
Select mounting location, set sensitivity & protocol, connect batteries. Register sensor to panel, mount, and walk test. Refer to page 1 and following sections.
MOUNTING LOCATION
For pet immunity: mount center at 2.3m-2.4m. Use lowest/low sensitivity. Install Animal Immune lens & look-down mask. Ensure animals cannot come within 1.8m by climbing furniture. Aim away from stairs/furniture.
SENSITIVITY & PROTOCOL SETTINGS
Use DIP switches to configure sensitivity (Lowest, Low, Medium, High) and pulse count (2 or 1). Select ALPHA or V2GY protocol.
REGISTER SENSOR TO PANEL
Consult panel manual, compatibility supplement, and programming tool manual. Registration may take up to 20 seconds.
WALK TEST
10-minute mode activates after power up & cover open/close. LED is always enabled. Walk through area, observe LED. Adjust microwave range, pulse count, or sensitivity if needed. Note: all transmissions sent in walk test mode; one sequence per 3 mins in normal mode to conserve battery.

Troubleshooting and error codes
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Sensor LED indicates trouble (see LED indicator table). Self test failure, stops RF supervision messages. | Remove and reinstall batteries. If trouble persists, replace sensor. |
| System displays "low battery" message. | Replace all four batteries within 7 days. |
