Device Operation Summary

This passive infrared wireless detector is designed for volumetric sensing. It can be used with various control panels like Domonial, Galaxy Dimension, G2, and Vista. The detector features tamper protection for both cover opening and wall removal, sending a fault signal to the control panel. Mounting locations should offer clear line of sight, avoiding direct sunlight. The device configuration for radio protocol and detection sensitivity is managed via DIP switches. Installation involves securing a wall mount or corner mount, then attaching the sensor base and later the main unit. The LED indicator provides status feedback during power-up, warm-up, detection, and alarm states. Walk-test mode is automatically activated after power-up and warm-up to verify detection coverage. Battery replacement is signaled by the control panel and locally via the LED.
