Manual for S7999D

The S7999D SOLA Operator Interface Display is a microprocessor-based color touch-screen display used for monitoring and configuring parameters in the Sola Hydronic Control and Sola Steam Control systems. It can be used for individual or multiple boiler applications, including lead/lag arrangements. The display features an audio output, adjustable backlight, real-time clock, and screen capture functionality. It communicates with Sola controls and Building Automation Systems via two RS-485 ports (COM 1 & COM 2). The system operates on a Windows CE 6.0 platform.

Installation involves mounting the display in a panel cutout and connecting power and communication cables. The user navigates through various pages for configuration, operation, diagnostics, and history viewing. Safety parameters require verification after changes, and different access levels (End User, Installer, OEM) control parameter modification rights.
