To set up the monitor, ensure power is off to the monitor, computer, and other devices. Unfold the monitor pedestal base by lifting the monitor and placing it face down, then unfolding the display head. Connect signal and power cables to the monitor and computer. Connect USB devices if necessary. Adjust the monitor's tilt, swivel, and height for comfortable viewing. Pivot the monitor from landscape to portrait mode if needed. Turn on the computer, then the monitor. The monitor will automatically scan for active input signals.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause Solution
No image displayed Monitor is off. Press the monitor power button.
No image displayed Computer is off. Press the computer power button.
No image displayed Signal cable is not connected properly. Ensure the signal cable is securely connected to both the monitor and the computer.
