Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Solution

Screen is distorted or flickering Check that the video cable is securely connected at both ends. Try a different video cable. Ensure the graphics card drivers are up to date.
Monitor not detected by computer Ensure the monitor is powered on and connected correctly. Restart the computer with the monitor connected.
Display is too dark or too bright Adjust the brightness and contrast settings through the OSD menu.
