Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Camera does not turn on. Battery is not installed correctly or is not charged. Install battery correctly. Charge battery.
Blurry pictures. Subject was moving or camera moved. Use faster shutter speed or tripod. Use flash. Set shooting mode to Action.
Red-eye in pictures. Flash reflected off subject's retinas. Use Red-eye removal feature after shooting or use flash-off mode.
