Getting Started

  • Attach the Camera Strap: To reduce the risk of dropping the camera, attach and use the provided camera strap.
  • Inserting the Battery: Open the compartment at the bottom of the camera, insert the battery with the correct orientation, and close and lock the compartment.
  • Inserting an SD/SDHC Memory Card: Ensure the camera is powered off, open the compartment, insert the SD/SDHC card with metallic connectors facing the front, push until it clicks, and close the compartment.
  • Charging the Battery: Insert the battery into the charger, connect the power cord to the charger, and plug into a main outlet. Charging time is 2 hours.

Camera Views

Provides diagrams of the front, back, top, bottom, and side views of the camera with labeled components.

Initial Settings

Upon first turning on the camera, you will be prompted to set the language and date/time.

Modes

  • Record Mode: The default mode for taking photos and recording videos/audio clips.
