Getting Started

Troubleshooting and error codes

Symptom Solution
No sound, but image is visible Check volume, mute setting, and speaker settings in OSD.
No sound from HDMI/DVD device Verify HDMI audio is in PCM format. Note: TV does not support Dolby Digital over HDMI.
No image when turning on TV Check connections, power of external device, input source selection, and cable seating.
Unit does not turn on Press power button on remote or TV. Ensure power cord is connected. Check outlet functionality.
Unit not functioning External influences like lightning or static may cause issues. Try powering off/on or unplugging/replugging.
