Connecting Speakers: Follow diagrams to connect front, center, surround, and subwoofer speakers using color-coded wires. Ensure proper connection without shorting or reversing polarity.
Subwoofer Setup: Connect subwoofer with audio cable. Turn power ON. Use Auto Power On/Off. Set Crossover Filter to Off. Initially set volume knob to 11 o'clock.
Speaker Balancing: Use the receiver's remote (SETUP button) to manually adjust individual speaker volumes for optimal sound balance.
Speaker Distance: Measure distance from listening position to each speaker. Input these distances into the receiver via the SETUP menu for proper sound timing.
DVD Player Connection: Connect DVD player to receiver using coaxial digital, audio, or S-Video cables. Program the receiver's remote to control the DVD player.
