Warranty Information
Earbuds have a 12-month warranty for non-man-made defects.
First Time Use: Place earbuds in case, press and hold Function button for 4 seconds until power indicators light up.
Connecting to Phone: Open case with earbuds inside, press and hold Function button for 2 seconds until case indicator flashes white. Enable Bluetooth on phone, search for "FreeBuds 2" and pair. If using EMUI 9.0+, a dialog will pop up.
Automatic Reconnection: Open case, earbuds automatically connect to the last paired phone (Bluetooth must be enabled on phone and within range).
Double-tap Function:
- Calls: Double-tap to answer/hang up.
- Music: Double-tap right earbud to play/pause. Double-tap left earbud to pause music and activate voice assistant.
- Standby: Double-tap right earbud to play music. Double-tap left earbud to activate voice assistant.
Restoring to factory settings: Place earbuds in open case, press and hold Function button until case indicator flashes red.
Charging: Place earbuds in case to charge (indicator shows battery level). Charge case with Type-C cable or Qi wireless charger.
Troubleshooting and error codes
