Downloading and installing the app

Scan the QR code to download and install the HUAWEI AI Life app for more features and settings customization.

Pairing and connecting

1. Enable Bluetooth on your device.
2. Open the charging case with earbuds inside. Press and hold the Function button for 2 seconds until the indicator flashes white to enter Pairing mode. (Earbuds automatically enter Pairing mode on first use when opening the case).
3. Pair using either Bluetooth pairing (search and connect in device's Bluetooth settings) or Proximity pairing (place earbuds near phone/tablet and tap CONNECT on pop-up).

Restoring the earbuds to their factory settings

Open charging case, press and hold Function button for 10 seconds until indicator flashes red.

Shortcut controls

Control earbuds via groove or touch-sensitive area. Swipe up/down to adjust volume. Pinch once to play/pause audio or answer/end calls. Pinch twice for next track or reject calls. Pinch three times for previous track. Pinch and hold to switch noise canceling modes. Double-tap to play/pause or answer/end calls. Triple-tap for next track.

Selecting a pair of ear tips

Choose from foam or silicone ear tips for desired fit and noise cancellation. Align slots, push, and stretch until attached. Use the HUAWEI AI Life app's "Tip fit test" to check fit and "Tip type" to match settings.

Charging the earbuds

Place earbuds in the charging case for automatic charging.

Charging the case

Connect via USB-C cable or place on a compatible wireless charger.
