Getting Started

  • Live Window: Displays real-time service info, like ongoing tasks and timers.
  • Gestures: Use Air gestures (palm movements) to take screenshots or scroll. System navigation gestures include swiping from edges to go back, swipe up for home, and swipe up/hold for recent tasks. Knuckle gestures allow for screenshots, scrollshots, and screen recording.
  • Phone Clone: Seamlessly move data from old devices (Huawei, Android, iPhone/iPad) to your new HUAWEI device.
  • Lock/Unlock Screen: Features auto-lock after inactivity, manual locking via the power button, and various unlock methods like password, face, and fingerprint unlock.
  • Home Screen: Customizable with widgets, large folders for app organization, status bar, and navigation bar.
  • Service Widgets: Provide quick previews and access to app features. Can be stacked and combined for efficiency.
  • Large Folders: Group app icons for easier access and can be resized.
  • Control Panel: Accessible by swiping down from the top-right corner, offering quick access to media controls, shortcuts, Super Device, and smart devices.
  • SuperHub: Temporarily store and transfer text, images, and files between different screens and devices.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Live task not synced to Live view Go to Settings > Notifications & status bar > Status bar > Live view and enable the notification permission for the app.
Air scroll or Grabshot not supported If your device does not have the Air scroll or Grabshot switch, the corresponding feature is not supported.
Slide across bottom to switch apps not supported If your device does not have the Slide across bottom to switch apps switch, the corresponding feature is not supported.
Raise to wake and Double-tap to wake not supported If your device does not have this option, the corresponding feature is not supported.
SuperHub floating window not appearing Go to Settings > Accessibility features > SuperHub and enable Show on drag.
Cannot transfer content to PC via SuperHub Ensure SuperHub on this device is updated to version 3.0.0.440 or later, and PC Manager is updated to the most recent available version.
Cannot transfer content to tablet/phone via SuperHub Ensure both devices run EMUI 13.0 or later. If the SuperHub option is not available, it indicates the feature is not supported by that device.
