Phenomenon Solution
After the telephone is connected with the extgernal power and the power switch is turned on, it does not react at all. 1) Check the input side of the external power supply to make sure that the mains are normal and contact well with the power connector board;
2) Check the output side of the external power supply and make that the power voltage output is normal;
3) Make sure that the switch is turned on. You may shut down the switch and wait a minute. Then observe whether or not the system respond;
4) If the external connection is Okay, shut off the power and replace the inter-board connection cables. Then repeat step 3;
5) If the FWT has no response after the above examinations, perhaps the TCPU board is broken and should be replaced;
6) If the FWT has no response after the above examinations, perhaps the PIPU board is broken and should be replaced;
The FWT has not yet been conencted with the external power supply; when the power switch is turned on, the telephone does not respond at all. 1) Open the battery cover of the FWT to check whether or not the battery is assembled;
2) Make sure that the battery connector is correctly assembled;
3) Make sure that the battery is charged with enough electricity;
4) If the battery works well, turn on the switch. You can then shut down it and wait a minute to check whether or not the system will respond;
5) If the battery and its connection are Okay, shut off the power and replace the inter-board connection cables. Then repeat step 3;
6) If the FWT has no response after the above examinations, perhaps the TCPU board is broken and should be replaced;
7) If the FWT has no response after the above operation, perhaps the PIPU board is broken and should be replaced;
The battery is used to supply power. After the machine sterts up, the LCD is off after instantaneous twinkling. Make sure that the battery is charged with enough electricity. After the AC power adapter is used, if the machine starts up well, that indicates that the battery does not have enough electricity to start up the FWT.
The calling function of the FWT is normal, but the serial port cannot communicate with the daemon after being connected with it. 1) Take off the handle to observe whether or not the phenomenon is still there;
2) Make sure that the serial port line is correctly connected with the computer and the FWT;
3) Make sure that the serial port speed is set as 115200bps;
4) Make sure that the personalized setting has set the communication port No. as the serial port connected;
5) If no matter whether or not the FWT is in sleep, it cannot communicate with the daemon, the solution is to take off the handle and observe whether or not it can communicate with the daemon;
6) If the FWT has no response after the above examinations, perhaps the TCPU board is broken and should be replaced;
7) If the new TCPU board does not have any effect, perhaps the PIPU board is broken. Then the PIPU board should be replaced.
If the phone is taken off from the FWT, no voice can be heard from the handle 1) Make sure that the interface between the handle and the FWT is reliably connected;
2) Open the FWT cover to check whether or not the PIPU-board handle interface connection-line is reliable;
3) Check whether or not the PIPU-board handle interface connection-line is correct order;
4) Replace the headphone or the PIPU board.
The FWT is unable to charge the battery. 1) Use a multimeter to measure whether or not the output voltage of the external power adapter is normal;
2) Shut down the power switch of the FWT. Open the battery cover of the FWT, take out the battery, and check whether or not the battery voltage is normal and whether or not any liquid has been leaked;
3) If the power or the battery has faults, replace them; otherwise, re-load the software codes;
4) If no changes happen, replace the PIPU board.
The fast battery charging by the FWT cannot stop. 1) Use a multimeter to measure whether or not the output voltage of the external power adapter is normal;
2) Shut down the power switch of the FWT. Open the battery cover of the FWT, take out the battery, and check whether or not the battery voltage is normal and whether or not any liquid has been leaked;
3) If the power or the battery has faults, replace them; otherwise, re-load the software codes;
4) If no changes happen, replace the PIPU board.
The battery loses its electricity after short-time usage. 1) Judge whether or not the battery has been used many times. If yes, the battery capacity has been decreased evidently. Then the battery should be replaced.
2) Judge whether or not the output voltage of the external power adapter that charges for the battery is normal. If yes, the adapter should be replaced.
