1. Initial startup: Open the charging case and press and hold the Function button for 2 seconds to power it on.
2. Bluetooth pairing: Open the charging case and press and hold the Function button for 2s, until the indicator light on the charging case begins flashing.
3. Download and install the app (Android only): Scan the QR code to download the app.
4. Taking out the earbuds: Open the charging case and lift up the earbuds from the bottom.
5. Changing the ear tips: Switch ear tips based on desired noise cancellation effects and comfort level.
6. Music playback: Double-tap an earbud to play/pause music.
7. Calling: Double-tap an earbud to answer or end a call.
8. Noise control: Press and hold an earbud to enable/disable Noise control.
9. Charging: Place the earbuds in the charging case. Use a USB-C cable to charge the charging case.
Troubleshooting and error codes
| Cannot connect to device | Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the earbuds are in pairing mode. Reset the earbuds if necessary. |
| No sound | Check volume levels on your device. Ensure earbuds are properly inserted and connected. |
| Poor sound quality | Clean the ear tips and ensure a good seal in your ears. Update firmware via the app if available. |
| Noise control not working | Ensure noise control is enabled in the app or by pressing and holding the earbud. |
| Charging issues | Ensure the charging case and earbuds are clean. Use the correct charging cable and power source. |
